Problem Statement
Due to the open and distance-learning framework of the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN), students lacked adequate infrastructure for learning, required facilitation and the opportunity to interact and collaborate.
To fill this vacuum, students improvised with unlicensed and expensive unqualified facilitators.
